I find that the staff at Aegis of Lynnwood are caring, pay attention to my father, and work with him and me to make sure he is safe and happy. I have observed their care of both my father and other residents, and they treat each person with care and respect. They work hard to solve any issues that come up and suggest things that can be done to help that person. They do not take a ‘cookie cutter’ approach to care but tailor it to each resident’s needs.

I’m very happy here and love my room because it has access to the outside and I’m close to my family.

The caregivers, medical technicians, and nurses, have been extremely friendly, caring, skilled, involved and responsive to all needs concerning my Mother. I can’t imagine a better place for her at this point in her life. My Mom feels safe and valued here.

Our dad has been in the Memory Care unit at Aegis Lynnwood for about 18 months, and we have been very happy with the level of care he is receiving there. He needs assistance with almost everything, and the caregivers are very loving and patient with him. The staff and caregivers genuinely care about his wellbeing, and we are very grateful to know he is in such good hands there!

I am grateful for Aegis of Lynnwood!. I could not have found a better place for my parents. The entire team is stellar. The [General] Manager has made all the difference! He’s amazing! My parents love the staff and food. The care they receive is superb! They look better than they have looked in years. When I come to visit, their room is cleaner than a hotel! Thank you Aegis for all that you are doing for my parents!!!
