A stone’s throw from idyllic Marymoor Park, our location provides the perfect balance of serenity and convenience. Staff longevity is key at this community and it translates into the excellent care provided to our residents in assisted living and memory care.

When you live here, you’re in excellent care. We offer round-the-clock care managers, have nurses on site 24 hours a day and seven days a week, and a range of onsite services, including physical and occupational therapy. We warmly accommodate couples with differing care needs, and we are uniquely able to support transitional Assisted Living for those with mild to moderate memory loss.

Aegis Marymoor [is] one the best decisions we’ve made for our family. Aegis Living Marymoor is exceptional! My mother was 92 when she moved to Aegis, and we so wish she would have moved there years ago. At home, she was just sitting in front of her TV most of the day, not getting exercise and feeling lonely. At Aegis, she immediately pepped up as the staff is wonderful, so loving and caring… Mom is now active again, eating delicious healthy meals with good company at her table. She attends the many social activities, such as sing-a-long, bingo, movie night, and so many more. Check out their monthly calendar—it’s filled with so many choices of things to do! Aegis Living Marymoor is wonderful! I recently had to find an Assisted Living community for my 90-year-old dad on short notice. I had no prior experience with this, and it was so daunting. From day one, the Marketing Director was outstanding. She guided me through the fog that I was feeling with compassion and empathy. She was patient and kind during a difficult time…The community is warm and cozy, and the biggest difference I saw from the other communities I visited (4 others!) was that the residents were out of their rooms and socializing. Lots of smiles. The staff is wonderful; the manager obviously cares deeply for his residents and is very protective of them. It’s a lovely community, and the residents are so fortunate to live there!
