My family is extremely grateful for the excellent care Aegis of Redmond has provided for the three years my 97-year-old Mother has been there. She is very well cared for, kept as safe as possible, and is quite content… The caring and attentive staff constantly monitor her moods and needs, and are always available to sit with her if she is ever distressed or confused. She also really likes the food—and she is quite a picky eater. Further, the staff provide transportation and assistance as needed to my Mother’s doctor’s appointments. In sum, my family is most appreciative of the clean, safe, and caring environment provided by Aegis for our Mother.

I give Aegis Redmond my highest recommendation. My parents are in their 80s and my mom has dementia, but my dad doesn’t, so it was difficult to find a place where both would get the care they need. The entire team at Aegis Redmond has been wonderful every step of the way. My dad often says that it’s as though the care team were taking care of their own mother when attending to my mom.

My Father was rapidly becoming an ornery, angry, lonely recluse when health issues required that he live in a place like Aegis. He was not happy to be taken out of his house and put in an assisted living environment. Having adjusted and with the help of the delightful staff, he now is happier than I have seen him in years; he goes on field trips which he loves, has people who share the same generational memories to talk to, is involved in and enjoying some crafts which he would never have done before and really, really likes the people who work there. Thanks to the staff at Aegis, he looks better, is healthier and happier than he has been in many years. They spoil him, they take care of him and he loves it!
