Thank you Aegis for giving me back my sanity… At Aegis, not only was [the marketing director] very reassuring but I also met their GM within five minutes of my appointment. The rooms are a good size, ample bathroom space to move around in a walker or wheelchair. And the food smelled wonderful—wish I could have stayed for lunch. I can’t sing their praises highly enough. Within a little over two weeks my mother is now safely moved into her new room… The GM has created a homey welcoming environment. I arrived about 20 minutes after Mom did and I found her sitting in her recliner with a hot cup of coffee in one hand and a lemon bar in the other. Nurses were fussing over her and they brought her welcome cards and flowers. And even though it was a Saturday both the GM and marketing director made it a point to be there for Mom’s admission… I could not be happier that my mother is in Aegis of San Francisco.

My mother moved in to Aegis SF about 1½ months ago… The staff here is very attentive and compassionate. They take the time to listen & help. It’s the little things that make someone’s life easier, [and] Aegis caregiving has done this for my mom. The community is clean and the people who live there are happy. We are thankful we found this place. Just a wonderful community to be living in for seniors.

First and foremost, myself and my mom could not be happier with the decision we made on moving her to Aegis of San Francisco… Mom is now much happier, brighter, and perkier.

We brought our sister-in-law to Aegis after the hospital. We did not feel safe taking her home. Aegis had “respite care” for anyone needing temporary help. The staff was wonderful, orienting us on what needed to be done. They provided a room fully furnished for us to move in right away. Through their care, my sister-in-law felt safe and at home. She has recovered to 90% now.
