Served from 7am–7pm, our menus are designed by dietitians, and our talented chefs cater to your needs, offering flexibility in when and where you dine, as well as plenty of menu options to suit every palate, dietary requirement, and craving. Chefs will happily accommodate—go ahead, order off-menu!

Dining at Aegis Living is an important opportunity to bring residents together and forge new friendships over a delicious meal.

Each community has a comfortable dining room where residents can have a dining experience reminiscent of their favorite restaurant–every day, and at every meal– but served by loving team members who know their names and preferences.

We offer all-day dining, giving residents flexibility in when and where they eat.

We have a robust seasonal menu with options to suit any palate, but residents are always welcome to order off-menu if they’re craving something different.

Each community features a lovely private dining room, a perfect venue to celebrate special occasions with visiting family and friends.

In Life’s Neighborhood, both meals and place settings are thoughtfully designed for the needs of residents with significant dementia.

Each community has a bistro area – some even have a juice bar – where residents can gather for coffee, tea, infused water, or snacks throughout the day.

Vital Nutrition for Senior Health

Diet is essential to supporting one’s overall wellness. We have a variety of culinary offerings that nourish, sustain, and promote benefits from the science of nutrition.

Our menus are designed by registered dietitians to promote proper nutrition.

Rotating seasonal menus ensure we’re serving fresh, in-season produce for optimal wellness.

Hydration stations can be found around our communities with delicious infused water – try the strawberry and mint water or opt for more classic lemon water.

From the dietitians designing the menus to the chefs creating the meals to the servers placing the beautiful dishes in front of residents, our love for our residents is expressed on every plate.

Meet Ashleigh Pedersen, RDN

Vice President of Enterprise Culinary Services

Ashleigh is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and completed her dietetics training program through Seattle Pacific University and University of Washington. Prior to joining Aegis Living, she worked in acute care settings, including Adventist Health and Legacy Health, as well as at US Foods. Ashleigh is hands-on in our communities and has built a fabulous team of culinary leaders who are passionate about delighting residents with their creations.

The Cost of Care

We know that providing the best possible care for your loved one is what’s most important, so it’s essential to know what costs to expect. At Aegis Living, our pricing is broken down into two main costs—rent and care—and a one-time community fee.

Apartment Rental

Monthly rent covers the cost of your loved one’s apartment and includes services such as housekeeping, meals, transportation, and utilities.

Care Services

When it comes to care, we charge based on care points—charging individually for the care services that the resident will receive and paying only for what they need. This structure allows families to remove or add services as their loved ones’ needs change.

Community Fee

Your one-time community fee contributes to maintaining our beautiful communities for your enjoyment, as well as to preparing for your arrival.
