Caring for a loved one with dementia is overwhelming and exhausting. The support provided by Aegis Lodge has allowed me to return to my role of daughter & loving family member. Mom is safe and her daily needs are satisfied by an outstanding team who genuinely care. I can focus on loving moments during visits with mom and still have energy for my own life and self-care. The team at Aegis Lodge is an invaluable partner on this journey.

A great facility with friendly, caring staff. Long hallways to take your mom or dad on nice walks, and a few outdoor seating areas to enjoy the nice Kirkland weather. With well versed cooking staff tending to the elderly’s dietary needs and an astounding nursing and care team staying on top of the medical needs, you can rest assured to leave your loved ones here. They will be well cared for and be a great part of the Aegis family!

My dad lives at this community and has been there for about a year. The staff has been very patient with him and it shows how much they care for him. The nurses and aids are very responsive and my dad has great connections with some other residents even though he is in a difficult stage of his dementia. I trust this place to be the best in the area.

My family is grateful for the kind and compassionate staff who make our Mom feel well cared for. The beautiful natural setting surrounded by trees is peaceful and make her feel she lives in a treehouse. They have a variety of fun daily activities and outings, and she’s already met a few friends to dine with. The Chef works with her diet restrictions and prepares delicious meals. We are greeted warmly when we visit and feel like a part of a big family now.  Thank you Aegis Lodge!

The staff are fantastic. Very understanding of family concerns and accommodating. My dad wasn’t there long, but overall it was a good experience.
